About Acti-Kare Franchise

Robbin Webb is the area director of Acti-Kare of Chesterfield County.  She currently resides in Chesterfield with her husband, two teenage children, and mother-in-law. Robbin holds a bachelor’s degree in education and has spent most of her career caring for others.  Most recently, she taught English and history to middle school students. Prior to that, she owned her own home daycare for over 12 years.

Growing up, Robbin was extremely close to her grandmother. After her grandfather passed away, she cared for her grandmother so that she was able to remain in her own home.  She did her grocery shopping, helped with daily chores, and assisted with her medical needs. It is this experience that that led Robbin to open Acti-Kare of Chesterfield County. She understands how important it is for seniors to be able to age gracefully in the space that is most familiar to them; where they can feel comfortable and secure.  She also recognizes that to make this happen, they need caregivers that are not only knowledgeable in their field- but are also compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy.

Our Call Center, Your Competitive Advantage

Our staffed call center answers all inbound calls from potential clients/caregivers and “sets appointments” for client consultations. This service is available 9 AM-9 PM M-F and 9 AM-5 PM SAT/SUN. The call center also makes outbound calls to website inquiries or leads from third-party lead generators to set appointments for franchise owners. Representatives call these leads within 5 minutes of receiving them. The outbound hours are the same as Inbound. Call center reps also act as chat operators on the franchisee’s individual website during business hours.
