Company Roots

The Fully Promoted brand is a part of United Franchise Group, which first formed in 1986 with the start of our sister company, Signarama. The company was formed by father and son team Roy and Ray Titus. After the brand saw considerable success, the duo quickly expanded the business and developed new brands. To this day, Ray Titus continues the family legacy by holding the CEO position of United Franchise Group and consistently leading the company to reach new heights.

Our four-week training program features specialized phases, including:

A one-week introductory training program at Fully Promoted University, located at our corporate headquarters in West Palm Beach. With travel and lodging expenses covered, franchisees will learn the business in terms of production, advertising, marketing, bookkeeping, scheduling, and more.

After the initial one-week training, franchisees will receive an additional three weeks of training at their store location. Our operations and marketing experts will advise and assist franchisees with setting up their store, as well as how to implement our proven marketing program.
