Your services are completely free of charge to your clients; you’re reimbursed by the facilities that ultimately receive your clients as residents. By matching seniors with housing arrangements personalized to their exact needs, you’ll quickly develop a reputation as the trusted source for compassionate advice.

Your Oasis Senior Advisors Business

You’ll require minimal overhead to operate our senior advising franchise because most of your time will be spent in the field researching communities, building relationships, and visiting with clients. All you’ll need is a dedicated business phone and an iPad or tablet on which to run our OasisIQ™ software.

In the field, you’ll work with three main groups:

  • Senior housing communities – These include assisted living, independent living, residential care homes, and memory care communities, among others. They depend on you to represent them to your clients, so they will be happy to show you around and answer all your questions.
  • Senior referral sources – Social workers, eldercare attorneys, hospital discharge nurses, and anyone else who regularly interacts with seniors can recommend your services and send clients your way, so it’s important to build relationships with them and help them understand your services.
  • Seniors – You’ll work most often with seniors themselves, their adult children, or both to determine their needs and preferences and find just the right senior living solution. Since many people don’t know where to begin such a search, they’ll turn to you as a trusted expert.
