About Rumble Franchise

Founded in 2017 in New York City, Rumble is boxing-inspired group fitness designed for all levels from beginner to advanced. A 45-minute, 10-round full-body boxing & strength workout crafted around specially designed water-filled, teardrop-style boxing bags, Rumble delivers serious results in a fun, high-energy setting.

At Rumble we believe the hour we spend working out can inspire the other 23 hours of our day. We believe hard work can put on some party pants and shake its hard-working ass. We believe in sharing our good vibes and energy with the world, and that in many ways, it’s our most important offering. And more than anything, we believe in each other.

At its epicenter, Rumble is a collection of the most inspired and inspiring fitness instructors on the planet. Impressive athletes in their own regard, they step onto the podium at Rumble as part DJ, part motivational speaker, and complete Master of Ceremony. The 45 minutes that follows is an awesome orchestration of a workout engineered to the beat of custom hip-hop and house mash-ups. The music, the lights, the program, and the collective heartbeat of the room all come together as if it was a collaboration from the beginning - as if Cardi B. wrote this song, for this moment, for you, to run this shit like cardio.

Rumble Training

• The Work

The 10-round, 50-minute workout is evenly divided between two styles of training. Half of the class is spent on custom treads: sprinting, climbing, pushing, and dare we say even recovering. The other half of class is spent with a variety of resistance tools: pressing, pulling, squatting, crunching, and jumping. The intervals are authentic and intense, the activities are varied, and the sweat is real.

• Before Class

First time? We got you. Before we hit our stride, we'll break down the class format and show you how to use our custom treads so you can focus on the fun, not the numbers.

• 3 ROUNDS

Lace up, let’s go. Three rounds of intervals to push your endurance and speed (and power up that heart rate). Find your pace as we coach you through our speeds — Walk, Jog, Run, Sprint — and inclines — Flat, Hill, Mountain, Peak. Between each round, catch your breath with a “recovery” walk or jog. It’s up to you.

• 3 ROUNDS

Switch sides — hit the floor for strength & conditioning, where you’ll use dumbbells and your own bodyweight to train for the fight of your life. Between each heart-pumping round, you’ll grab a quick active recovery.

• 2 ROUNDS

Back to the tread to let it rip.

Find your personal edge with our Push Mode. Customize your resistance and maximize your power for a bolt that leaves you breathless. Top it off with our infamous Rumble Round, and leave it all on the tread.

• 2 ROUNDS

Finish strong on the floor. Break out the brass knuckles and get ready for the big finish.
