Fibrenew’s training program is available only for our franchise partners. It consists of 3 phases – each designed to give our franchisees the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. All phases are guided by an experienced personal coach who is available to answer questions along the way.

Our comprehensive training program has been developed and refined over the past 30 years. As business needs, technology, and customer service expectations change with time, so does our training program – always in step with what’s needed to succeed.

Matching color can be one of the hardest things to grasp and put into practice. In the past, it took time, patience, and many hours of input to develop the knowledge and master the skill. To help with this learning curve, we have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars and years worth of research into the design and development of color-matching technology.

It’s completely unique to our dye system and has worked wonders in helping franchisees get their skills and business ramped up faster.

Field Management App: 

Built from the ground up for the way we do business, our field management software helps franchise partners manage their days with estimate tools, job scheduling, invoicing, business planning, customer relationship management, and more.

Photo Editor App:

Before and after photos are one of the easiest ways to convey exactly what it is we do and how we can help customers. We have designed and developed a custom app that helps our franchisees manage before and after photos of the jobs they do, then make it easy to share those results to their website and/or social media profiles or directly with their customers via email or text.
